Owner · Harford Air Services & Harford County Airport
A Harford County native, Kevin began flying in 1985 at Salem College in West Virginia. He earned his A&P in 1994 and Inspection Authorization in 1997, then worked as a private charter pilot worldwide before taking over the flight school in 1996 and renaming it Harford Air Services. Today he's co-owner of the airport itself and holds an ATP, CFII, A&P, IA, and Tailwheel Instructor certificate.
Flight Instructors
Every instructor at Harford Air is FAA-certified. Most hold CFII ratings — meaning they can take you from your first discovery flight all the way through your instrument rating.
Chief Flight Instructor
An Army aviator since 1983, Charles served as a military Instructor Pilot in helicopters before earning commercial ratings in both airplane and helicopter. He joined Harford Air in 2012 and serves as Chief CFI.
Flight Instructor
A Harford County resident since the 1960s, Duane earned his Private Pilot certificate in 1983 and his CFII in 2008. He is one of Harford Air's tailwheel endorsement instructors.
Flight Instructor
Dave holds commercial single and multi-engine ratings, an Advanced Ground Instructor certificate, and a tailwheel endorsement.

Mark holds both CFII and MEI ratings, making him qualified to instruct through instrument and multi-engine ratings.

Daniel is CFII and MEI rated, covering instrument and multi-engine instruction across the Harford Air fleet.
