The Piper Arrow III is a complex aircraft equipped with retractable landing gear, a constant-speed propeller, and a full IFR panel, everything required for serious instrument training.

Private Pilot Certificate RequiredYou must hold at least a Private Pilot certificate to fly the Arrow.
